This Privacy Policy explains how Focus Business Consulting (פוקוס ייעוץ עסקי), Registered Business No. 307860106, Ashkelon, Israel ("FOCUS", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use FOCUS Content Engine, including when you connect third-party social media accounts such as TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, we may process:

Basic connected-account information, such as display name, username, profile image, platform identifiers, and account status.
Authorization information required to connect third-party platforms, including access and refresh tokens. We do not ask for or store your TikTok password.
Content you create or upload, including images, videos, captions, drafts, publishing settings, and scheduling information.
Technical and security information, such as application logs, request status, error information, and connection metadata needed to operate and protect the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

Authenticate and connect your social media accounts.
Create, preview, manage, upload, schedule, or publish content at your request.
Display publishing status and connected-account information.
Maintain security, prevent unauthorized publishing, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
Comply with applicable law and platform requirements.

3. TikTok and Other Third-Party Platforms

When you connect TikTok or another third-party service, your use of that platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policies. FOCUS Content Engine only requests permissions required for the features you choose to use.

You may disconnect a connected account at any time. Disconnecting may revoke or invalidate authorization tokens used by FOCUS Content Engine.

4. Content and Media Processing

Media may be temporarily processed through infrastructure or service providers used to prepare or deliver content to connected platforms. Temporary publishing copies may be retained for a limited period after publication, including up to 48 hours where used by our publishing workflow, unless longer retention is reasonably required for troubleshooting, security, legal compliance, or at your request.

5. Service Providers

We may use infrastructure, hosting, media-processing, analytics, security, and artificial-intelligence service providers to operate FOCUS Content Engine. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Authorization tokens are retained while a connection is active or until they expire, are revoked, or the account is disconnected. Draft and project data may remain available until deleted by the user or according to our operational retention practices.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Sensitive connection credentials are handled server-side and are not intentionally exposed in browser storage, public source code, or logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your use of FOCUS Content Engine, subject to applicable law. You may also disconnect third-party accounts directly from the service or revoke access through the relevant third-party platform.

9. Children

FOCUS Content Engine is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children under 18.

10. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence where our service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for such processing.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
